When a law firm is faced with a claim, our claims team is available 24/7 to provide personal guidance and assistance during the firm’s most trying times. Claims notifications are sent directly to our team rather than a general inbox. This allows us to respond immediately to the claim and the needs of the law firm in that moment.
With more than 15 years of claims handling and underwriting experience, our team has handled claims in every practice area for every sized firm from solo practitioners to the largest multi- national firms in the world. While a law firm may be experiencing a claim for the first time, we have seen it before. This experience allows us to provide a tailored approach to each claim.
We also work directly with our carrier partners and within their internal claims systems. Our access to our carrier partners allows for a streamlined claims process, resulting in timely and efficient claims handling and better results for the carriers and the law firms.
